Your Journey is personal. Zeta Résumé Studio is being designed so members remain in control of the information they choose to document, use, and export.
Pre-launch privacy notice
This page describes the intended privacy practices of the current product and is not the final legal Privacy Policy. Studio Finer will complete legal and compliance review before public commercial launch.
Information used to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address, and authentication information.
Service information you choose to enter, including leadership positions, committee service, programs, awards, leadership development, education, and professional experience.
Résumé drafts, selected Journey records, tailored résumé content, leadership profiles, objectives, templates, and related settings.
An optional professional photo you choose to upload for use with supported résumé designs.
Information necessary to provide AI-assisted features, such as the résumé content or opportunity context you intentionally submit for analysis.
Limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Studio experience.
Your service history and résumé drafts are intended to remain private to your authenticated account. You decide which Journey records become part of a résumé and which remain only in your personal service history.
Professional photo uploads are optional. The application is designed to store member photos in private storage and use controlled access rather than public image URLs.
Studio AI features may process the member-entered content you intentionally submit for coaching or analysis. Members should avoid submitting information they do not want used for that request.
AI-generated suggestions should always be reviewed before they are accepted or used in a résumé.
The application uses authenticated access controls and database Row Level Security so members can access their own member-owned records rather than another member's private records.
Authenticated members may access the Studio's member-data export feature to download a structured copy of supported account information.
The application includes an account deletion workflow intended to remove member-owned application data and associated private files when a valid deletion request is completed.
Studio Finer does not intend to build this product around selling or publicly displaying individual members' service histories or résumé content.
The Studio is designed to help you organize and strategically communicate your experience while keeping you in control of what you share.
